Take the 'hot mess' out of your personal perception of stress - the idea that you can rid your life of stress is bullsh*t. Learn how to build functional practices and habits that USE stress. If you have physical, cognitive, or social sensitivity come and refine your awareness and build resiliency.

 Understand when we need the necessary reward of recovery vs. never ending grind and hustle.

Attendees will get an intro view to why having a yoga practice is crucial to have in your tool belt. It can be both a stressor and/or recovery depending on the intention and practice. Next month attendees will get to develop another way to deal with stressors at South Tampa CrossFit where we will move heavy things.
