Start your yoga journey or deepen your practice with our new student special! For just $69, enjoy unlimited yoga for your first month and explore everything our studio has to offer.

All levels welcome!

Preparing for your first class

  1. Arrive 15 minutes early to get settled

  2. Check in at the front desk upon arrival

  3. Wear comfortable, breathable clothes

  4. Don’t forget to bring a yoga mat and towel

  5. Listen to your body (and remember, each practice is different for everyone)

Our front desk yogis will help you get checked in and settled in the studio.

Selecting your first class

We recommend new students begin with one of the following: Vinyasa Flow, Mindful Flow, Buti Yoga, Vin to Yin, or Heated Vinyasa Flow.

Suggested Yoga Classes for New Students

Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic class for those who prefer non-heated yoga. Expect breath-based movement, strength holds, and restorative postures. All levels welcome!

Vin to Yin

This all-levels class blends mindful vinyasa movements with long Yin holds. You’ll develop flexibility and mobility, balancing both body and mind.

Buti Yoga

Combine vinyasa yoga, tribal dance, and cardio for an empowering experience. Move to upbeat music while building strength and releasing stagnant energy. All levels welcome. Hydrate well for this heated class!

Heated Vinyasa Flow

Experience a dynamic class with each instructor bringing a unique style. Flow through breath-based movement, strength-building holds, and peak postures like inversions and arm balances. End with restorative postures, savasana, and our signature cold towels. All levels welcome!

Sound Meditation

Clear your mind through music and sound. Let the gong's vibrations guide you into a deep meditative state, helping release tension and promote relaxation.

Mindful Flow

A slower-paced class for all levels, focusing on alignment and breath. Build a strong foundation in yoga basics, and leave feeling centered and stretched.
