The Sacred Tradition of Temazcal
Rooted in ancient Mesoamerican traditions, the Temazcal Ceremony is more than heat therapy—it’s a journey of release and rebirth. Inside the womb-like lodge (think sweat lodge), guided by Annette, you’ll move through waves of heat, intention, and sacred communal sharing, allowing deep detoxification on every level.
As the steam rises, so does your connection—to self, source, and the elements. This is surrender. This is transformation. This is coming home.
