We will practice Adrenal Kung Fu! 

This extended workshop is for you if you want to have more:

Learn how to come into the fullness of your masculine without becoming an *sshole. 

This small group setting will investigate how you can:

  • Be in brotherhood

  • Step into and embody strength

  • Release layers of anger and rage

Develop the ability to make deep, authentic contact with yourself and others; find the courage to stand up, be honest, and discover what is stopping you from being real; address, genuinely feel, and work through pain from past and current relationships; and reduce the dominance of the mind, and find what it is to be still and present…

This investment of your time will have a direct, positive effect on your state of well-being, confidence, and interpersonal relationships.

Anger becomes passionate assertiveness and inner strength, rather than tortured passivity or destructiveness.

Lust fuels healthy sexual and creative expression, rather than addictive or abusive behaviour.

Pride generates self-love and respect, rather than arrogance, when it’s exaggerated, or insecurity when it’s repressed.

And understanding our core insecurities empowers us to expose limiting thought processes, as well as defuse dramatic reactivity in our relationships, rather than blindly sparking fights or resentfully stonewalling.
