When Bradley leads, you can lean into the promise to move, sweat and connect to a higher vibration within yourself while getting steeped in community! If you are more of a Vinyasa Power or Flow person then consider joining Annette and Ashley on the second leg of the trip! A slightly quieter but no less dynamic movement practice where you connect to the breath and body in community in one of the more extraordinary physical spaces in the world.
