What exactly is this?

  • Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," is a deeply restorative practice that brings participants into a profound state of relaxation and heightened awareness. It guides you to a state between wakefulness and sleep, typically performed in Savasana (Corpse Pose). This practice helps to reset the nervous system and release tension from the body.

  • NSDR, coined by Andrew Huberman, Ph.D., is a modern relaxation technique combining breathing exercises, visualization, and focused attention, designed to promote deep rest and mental clarity without needing to sleep.

Benefits of Yoga Nidra:

  • Improved sleep quality and duration

  • Sharper focus and cognition

  • Reduced anxiety and depression

  • Relief from chronic pain through muscle relaxation

  • A safe space for emotional release and healing .

  • Increased somatic awareness
