Our 200 HR YTT is also open to seekers – those dedicated yoga practitioners simply looking for a greater depth of knowledge. Either way, it’s a transformational process geared toward adult learners. We engage in gentle self-inquiry and review personal challenges and our habitual responses to difficulty so that we might grow as individuals. The result? Trainees learn how to become a positive force in their own lives and in their communities.
