This course is a deep dive into yogic philosophy and how yoga nidra works with all of the layers of our being to bring us into union with our true nature. We will provide you with the basic principles, history, theory, practice, and skills to deliver an effective nidra practice.
It is simple to learn, easy to practice, and is designed to help you meet, greet, and respond to each moment of our life with a sense of equanimity and well-being. Basically, it's safe to say that everyone needs to reduce stress and live with greater ease AND most everyone can find a comfortable position to rest the body in for 30+ minutes.
